Application of TETRANCA frequency converter in constant pressure water supply

Main components: the water supply part of the water supply system mainly consists of pumps, motors, pipes and valves, remote pressure gauge and so on. Working principle: the following figure, in the process of system operation, if the actual water supply pressure is lower than the set pressure, the control system will get the positive pressure difference, this difference is calculated and converted (PID calculation), calculated the increase in the frequency converter output frequency, this increment and the frequency converter current operating frequency value is added, the resulting value that is the frequency converter should be output frequency. The frequency makes the pump unit speed increase, so that the actual water supply pressure increases. Conversely, the frequency converter running frequency decreases. This process will be repeated during operation until the actual water supply pressure and the set pressure are equal.
