The system consists of a sealing and cutting part, a heating part, a frequency conversion speed regulation part, and an electrical control part. The sealing and cutting part is mainly used to complete the horizontal and vertical packaging of the packaged goods; the heating part is mainly used to heat the horizontal and vertical sealing knives and control the temperature; the frequency conversion speed regulation part is mainly used to drive the cross-cutting knife to seal and cut and adjust the stretching speed of the packaging film, and its speed determines the packaging speed of the packaging machine; the electrical control part mainly uses the Tianchuan T 510 series PLC as the core control element of the packaging machine for signal processing. According to the feedback signal of the encoder, the system performs speed closed-loop control. The PLC outputs two PWM waves as the frequency setting source of the two inverters respectively, and the change of the PWM wave pulse width adjusts the output frequency of the inverter.

The motor shaft rotates slightly at the moment of starting and stopping
For machines with one-way bearings installed in the large circular knitting machine system, this problem can be ignored; however, some large circular knitting machines do not prohibit reverse rotation mechanically. When they are completely controlled by the motor, slight reverse rotation may damage the needle plate.
For the above problem, the DC braking parameters can be set to ensure that the inertia on the motor shaft is completely braked by DC braking when stopping, solving the problem of motor shaft rotation at the moment of starting.
