The power of high-voltage VFD is usually between several hundred kilowatts and tens of thousands of kilowatts, while the power range of low-voltage VFD is generally between several hundred watts and several hundred kilowatts.

2、 Structural Design:

High voltage VFD have high voltage and high power, complex internal circuit structures, and usually use multi-level inverter technology to reduce the stress on components under voltage. They also require specialized high-voltage insulation measures and heat dissipation systems. Low voltage VFD have a relatively simple structure and often use two-level or three-level inverter circuits, making it relatively easy to solve heat dissipation and insulation problems.

3、 Control accuracy:

High voltage VFD are used in industrial large-scale equipment where high speed regulation accuracy is required, typically possessing high control accuracy and dynamic performance; Although low-voltage VFD can also meet certain speed regulation requirements, but in some high-precision control situations, additional configurations may be required to achieve control accuracy similar to high-voltage VFD control accuracy.

High voltage VFD are relatively expensive due to their complex technology, manufacturing difficulty, and the need for supporting high-voltage electrical equipment; Low voltage VFD are relatively inexpensive and more suitable for small businesses and low-power equipment in general industrial applications.
